Actually it was one particular employee who was incredibly helpful. I wish I'd caught his name. I usually go to spotlight which moved as they have a specific flatwound acoustic string I prefer. There were none to be found. However the guy had an acoustic that he uses electric flatwound jazz strings on. I decided to trust him and give them a chance and am very glad I did. They sound and play great and are much easier to find than my usual string and half the price to boot. I've been playing more than 25 years and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review for a music store. Knowledgeable salespeople are a big plus!
