I placed my order Thursday 01/07/16. I telephoned on Fri., 01/08/16 to determine if I would be able to determine an estimated arrival. The kind customer service rep stated it would go out from warehouse today and generally items arrive before our estimation.

Just checked email today (Sat., 01/09/16) and it shows UPS will deliver at the end of Monday business day. Even if doesn't arrive until Tuesday, I'm plum tickled!

Rest assured I'll order in the future from Vitality Medical. Great job starting the ball to roll!
