Think, ask your self, with couple of months of training, you are placed In a reputed company? The marketing team is not very cooperative and they try to compete within themselves.. All dirty politics. This company is a scam. Never join this. They make false promises and ask candidates to give money in company's India account and later transfer this money in their personal accounts. In my experience they do not have any open positions anytime. They have created a scam business in which they find new candidates each year and promise to file/transfer their H1B visa. It's waste 1k and dont care about you.
