Extremely slow, arrived at 1:30 pm to pick up two pallets. Within 15 minuets was loaded. Because the product had not been tested, it was 5:45 pm before I was allowed to leave, would not give me my paperwork. No overnight parking, there is a small but very nice Shell truck stop about a block away. There is not a handicap entrance for truck drivers.
