I have been a customer of Richland Towers for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide adequate coverage and reliable connectivity, their customer support can be lacking at times. There have been instances when I had to wait extended periods of time to get a response to my queries. Overall, it's an okay experience with room for improvement.
