I was hit by a car insured by UAIC on Sep 4, 2016....

I was hit by a car insured by UAIC on Sep 4, 2016. I filed the claim on Sep 7, 2016. Now it has been 3 months since then. I haven't received any information about my claim. I have called them several times. They always tell me an agent will contact me later, but they never did. Yesterday, I called the customer service. They put me on hold for 50 minutes ! I hang out the phone. This is a ridiculous insurance company, just wonder how it can survive.

Just an update on 02/17/2017, I received a message from UAIC saying that my claim was finally issued after more than 5 months waiting. I almost burst into tears.
