Bought a mask Which arrived damaged. Started a return which was never dealt with. Felt ignored when I tried calling them. Even on the open hours that are listed my phone calls were never answered. I left message after message where the calls were never returned. I do consider this insulting and upsetting. I personally own two businesses and have never dealt with someone like this.

I give them a huge thumbs down. To this day a resolution for the damaged item I spent $100.00 on has not been reached, nor have I been contacted about it.

It is as if they reached in my pocket, took $100 and said screw u have a good day.

Am still waiting on a response. This complaint has stretched into over a month, and still no resolution nor have I heard from anyone.

If someone were to ask me if they should buy here, I say ____NOOOO____

This is a horrible company to deal with and you will have nothing but problems from the item you purchase, to the shipping, and God forbid a return.
