We are so impressed with TM5 Properties. My 12 year old daughter came across TM5 Properties when she was helping us look for a home. I met Melissa Kubeczka and she made this process smooth and simple, but mostly, exciting. As we walked from home to home, she pointed out the good and the bad and was very honest with us. There was one house we thought we would love, but it didn't turn out like we thought it would when we saw it. It was more expensive and she could have easily sold us on it, but she didn't. She knew just from our conversations what we were looking for and a "fixer upper" wasn't it. She showed us another house that was less expensive but fit our needs exactly. Her true interest was to find our family a good home. Period. She did it and we couldn't be more happy! We have been in our home for 2 weeks now and I still tear up when I think of how blessed we are to have found her and our home.
