I just wanted to make a complaint regarding a job that was taken place today.
I had put up a task for 3 items to be taken up to Port Macquarie such as my fridge, washing machine and microwave and had put up a price of $450.00 exclusive of GST, I had a gentleman offer to take it and he came and loaded the items to the trailer and guaranteed that the items will be delivered safely, I had also offered more blankets and covers to prevent any damages to my furniture as they where newly purchased but the gentleman refused and stated that he has done this for a long time and the minimal piece of material was enough.
As he had reached Port Macquarie he asked me to confirm the payment and everything was fine and I had left a good comment, about 15mins later my brother had called me and said that all the items (fridge and washing machine) where severely damaged and sent photographs, which I have attached them also below.
I would like to make a formal complaint that the gentleman who had delivered my items is not trustworthy and has caused major damage to my furniture and my new washing machine doesn t even work as we trialed it , this is a financial damage to myself,

I would appreciate to be fully refunded to cover my damages and terrible service.
