The dishonest Simba team, they are cheating and playing games. Simba promises 60-days unconditional return policy and when I called customer support to return the pillows they started playing games like let me go back to my manager and get back to you etc. They never call back and just acting so cheap! The online store is just a total mess, the description of the items sometimes confusing and if you made the wrong decision, you are not covered, simply no returns.
