Useless tourist information counter. Instead of pointing helpful direction to tourists, dishonest staffs scam tourists into riding cahoots' much more expensive taxi and mobile services. And none of them speaks English, they will just ignore English-speaking tourists. What a "great" welcome at the doorstep of the capital city!
