We met with John today with a quote and I really appreciated his time. He ball parked our project to be a bit higher than what we could assume would be the value of the house, but we have a big full gut rehab requiring absolutely everything, we aren't even in the coolest or hippest of neighborhoods. If It was in our budget to hire him, we would of in a heartbeat. Even though it was determined we wouldn't be working together he continued to offer us advice and support on our project and told us to reach out to him in the future if we needed additional guidance in our selection process. I think this is suburb and unique for this industry. He continued to explain how vigorous his process is for hiring contractors to team with on projects. Well done! A+++
