I have been living in a salus managed apartment for four and a half years now and I have touted them from the very beginning as being the best landlord in the city augmenting that now to the best not-for-profit landlord in the city. On top of their property management skills they are also well equipped to provide me with staff well equipped, educated and motivated to assist me in my life.
