Sadly our stay over Christmas was quite disappointing for a 5 star hotel it definitely doesn t live up to the standard... mould through the halls and rooms smelling of smoke! Makes for quite an uncomfortable stay. The pool bar was way understaffed and service very slow and not very attentive around the whole area seem to just walk by the pool and that s as far as they would look to take orders. Terrible value for money and wish we didn t book. Oh and not sound proof at all it was not enjoyable hearing the people in the room next to us. Hotel needs many upgrades.
