Short Story--I bought a 6 year old used Mercedes ML350 from them and when a few minor problems arose outside of warranty they went ABOVE & BEYOND their contractual obligations and responsibilities in making things right. From my first experience with my salesman, James Pryor, to my interaction with the Service department, I was very impressed. Great folks.
