This company is way over priced. They couldn't finish a job within a day while other company could finish the same type of job in one day under the same weather condition and same kind of layout between the heat pump and air handler. I know this because I am a real estate investor and I talk to other investors who had to change their heat pump a day prior. Long story short, I ended up paying between $1000 - $2000 more and it took them 2 days to finish while I had to send my tenants to the hotel. They also got my information incorrect which I brought up to them the day after the service was completed, and 7 days later, they still have the wrong billing address and owners' name and owners' contact information. How can you file the permit with the township if you don't have the correct information? Also, upon the service was completed, the hand written receipt stated that my total balance was $9250, which I paid immediately. Then a rep from Gold Medal emailed me an invoice that says I still have a balance of $584 after subtracting the $9250 that I paid. The same rep told me someone from the billing department would call me back. And I am still waiting for my follow up call 7 days later. Look somewhere else. If I pay that price, I expect better service than what Gold Medal has delivered. I will follow up with this review in a few months if we have problem with the permit.
