Cheap tactics. My roommates were coming from India so they had to finalize house quickly. CRM didn't even tell us about heating prices being out of the rent, they didn't tell us that the property is gonna be sold and there is going to be a different owner and a management after december ( as if they picked up some random person from the road on november end and sold it the next day ) Point is they definitely would have known when they were renting us. Didn't tell us about the heating was the biggest problem, now all us roommates are having problems paying heating bills. Even their maintenance is terrible.
