It took me a while to find this place, it isn't advertised as a bar from outside, and even when you enter the building it feels more like an empty block of flats. Once you take the lift up however and find the bar it is definitely worth the trip. The drinks were extremely cheap, and there was a great atmosphere to the place. It is rather run down but clean and comfortable. The clientele seemed to be mostly young locals. We were still made to feel welcome despite being outsiders.
