The manager doesn't care about service quality and both are quick to blame and insult financial professionals employed by competing financial institutions, rather than assist a long-standing customer with their financial transactions. If you are seeking to move your banking to a credit union, choose another one. I am now seeking to move my banking from this alleged financial institution to another credit union, that has more regard for clients who have been members for more than 20 years.
