La Chicoree is for me a restaurant that has not only a soul, but also a long and great history. It has, by its configuration, its style, its decoration, an aspect at the same time nicely obsolete, of a great conviviality but also of high quality, that it is by its interior, worthy of the big Parisian breweries, but also by the excellence of its meat and its accompaniments.
