I booked this hotel for 3 nights for vacation in Rome with my wife and my little daughter.

My reservation was for a premium room but it was very small room like the standard but with terrace in the sixth floor and its totally different than the pictures that they sent me in the conformation e-mail. The WiFi was complimentary with the room but the WiFi signal doesn't reach inside the room!! The A/C controller was damaged as well.

The entrance of this hotel has a long stairs so if you have stroller you will suffer.
No one will help you with the language at the hotel entrance. The hotel location is on "autostrade" so its a little bit noisy.

What I like in this hotel is the modern decoration. Also they will give you a big bottle of water daily. The room cleaning is good.

Finally and unfortunately, I have reserve with the same hotel series in Milan as well for this vacation I hope I will get better experience than Rome.
