Terrible. We have been staying here for years, and the quality has declined dramatically. At check in, they gave us keys that didn t work. So as we re halfway unloading we have to go back to the desk and stand in line again behind all the other people with the same problem. Took an hour to get into room. Definitely dont bring frozen food! In our tower only one elevator was working most of our visit. Typically you had to wait 10 minutes. Or use the stairs from the 19th floor. Got a bagel and coffee from bar by pool. Asked them to toast bagel, they said You have a toaster in your room, right? So I took a sip of my coffee, it was cold. Oh well, I guess I have a microwave in my room too. Then to top it off they charged us $60 for a bogus spa charge, that didn t even have our name on it and was after we checked out.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
