I've been a customer at BMW Seattle since 2016, and both sales and service departments are great. A special mention to my salesman Andy Werner from whom I've bought 2 BMWs. He's super helpful and responsive without ever being pushy and will go out of his way to help you. Even when it's his day off! He's not the type of salesman that constantly harasses you. I've dealt with a lot of other sales people from different dealerships of different makes and he is by far the best. He knows his cars, he's a fellow BMW enthusiast, and he's really friendly. He's also been at this dealership for a long time too! I will always recommend Andy Werner to my friends and family! :D
