We came for Thanksgiving Feast at buffet. Erica at VIP queue/line was FABULOUS. So polite and kind. We were able to use the VIP line because of my players club status. Regular queue was TWO HOURS PLUS! Give that lady a raise or some kind of accolade!! Thanks again Erica you are the very essence of guest service!
