Lee has been very unprofessional.
I ve never met him but he s been so personal when concerns about his staff competency we re raised. Trying to speak to their management or customer services team is like flogging a dead horse. I m so disappointed that my personal information was shared with a stranger and the attempt to sabotage my contract as he mentioned that I d decided to get a senior contract through another agency.
I think Interact needs to educate some of their consultants like Lee.He seems to be ignorant and creepy.
