I have had a contract with sa for a few years. Up until hurricane Irma the service was ok. After fpl restored power the ac wouldn't come on. Got an appointment for 9/15\17. Tech showed up. He drove past my house. He stopped in front of the wrong house. Had to run down the street and direct him to the right house.. After checking things he informed me the unit was not getting any power. He then went to his truck and informed the dispatcher i needed an electrician. I called customer service to try and get someone that night. Was told i couldn't get anyone. They told me the dispatcher had made an appointment for Tuesday. I told them that was unacceptable because my mother has asthma. They told me they would send an electrician on Saturday between 1&6pm. Tech called around 5. Found out he was an ac tech and not an electrician. He was rude. Told me electricians don't work on weekends. TIalked to customer service. They told me they would leave a message for the emergency manager and they would call back. So far no callback. Personally i don't believe they ever sent a message. Also the first tech that came out left a piece of equipment inside my house. Something he would need for another job. What a dimwit. Whatever you do don't take out a contract with sa. They'll screw you over. I don't know when I'm going to be able to get the right tech out to correct the problem.
