Totally disappointed in Flanigan's. I understand that the company is still trying to get through Covid responsibly, but only offering 6 seats at 3 tables at the bar and only having 1 person per table during happy hour is horrible business. Only 3....3 guests received Happy Hour prices because nobody else could sit there and your management team is not allowed to make the decision to take care of their customers who aren't afforded the Happy Hour prices due to the fact you only have 6 seats (3 because there was one guy at each table). Shame on you and your company. I'll be if the Flanigan family still owned these restaurants they would allow their management to do the right thing and allow HH prices throughout the restaurant, or at the very least, the tables right next to the bar. Horrible customer service....Great Job Flanigan's....fortunately there are plenty of other restaurants who will go above and beyond for their customers....especially since they are allowed to full capacity if they so choose. Most are being responsible, but doing what they need to in order for their servers, bartenders and stores to make money during this difficult time....shame.
