I had an appointment and wait in my truck for 20 mins. Until I called asking for the manager. Finally someone came out doesn't even introduced themselves to me or say sorry for the delay just what can I help you with I told him what I was in for and he said that the recall item are not in stock ?? This store needs better communication with each other so they can relay the correct information to the customers. I worked for Oakland Acura for 13 yrs. And something lije this would never be tolerated. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TRUCK FROM YOU GUYS WHEN MY WARRANTY IS UP.
