Our salesman was very nice..the carpet seems very nice...the installation was a nightmare. I year and 2 months i had multiple ripples in the carpet...i contaced empire and they said sorry your warrantee expired after 1 year, but for 250$ we can fix it with a 1 year guarantee...I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone...000 stars..
