One star because of bad experience with one partic...

One star because of bad experience with one particular waitress. (short hair and glasses)
We had made a reservation for 6 ladies last Monday, checked in at reception and yes the friendly receptionist confirmed it to us and referred us to the restaurant. The waitress who welcomed us into the restaurant responded very strange. "no, I don't know ..." and at the insistence of my sister-in-law to take a look, we walked together to a corner where notabene already 2 guests of our party were waiting for us at a set table for 6. The waitress kept repeating that the reservation was not known to her .. "Gee put it next to you, what do we have to do with your organization, there is a table set here for 6 so fine", I thought. The table stood in "her neighborhood" and was also the only table for 6 people. The waitress was overall a very unprofessional impression on me. When I asked her which wines were served by the glass, she pushed the wine list into my hands. To my comment: sorry I can't read (I'm clearly visibly very visually impaired, here was under the guidance of my guide dog and my red and white stick was strikingly folded on the table), she responded: Well I can't read it either and then poorly enumerated French wines. When I could have deciphered her nomination and had been able to make my choice, she could not help saying: "it is 5.00 per glass!" It is of course not up to the hostess to determine whether I am financially strong enough to pay this amount for a glass of wine. After clearing her starter, one of my sisters-in-law had asked again for the menu to be able to choose the next dish of her lunch. The waitress was in no fields or ways to take the order, so after half an hour my sister-in-law went looking for her to pass it on. Fortunately we were able to pay at the end with her colleague who came as fresh as a shout. Too bad her service was just starting! Further fine eaten enough, but the waitress definitely does not belong in the restaurant!
