Got my oil changed here early in the year. Went to another oil changing place and they found my oil cap shaft with the built in filter had 2 tabs broken off. Regal never said anything about breaking off the shaft. Now, I don't know if the tabs have fallen into the engine. At least they paid me for the part, but never going back again!
