This is a review of Skomer in general as the whole island is a nature reserve. Firstly a word of advice - the whole island is exposed to the elements with little shelter so take waterproofs, good footwear, food and water, sun cream etc. The island is beautiful. I would recommend walking around to the right and working along the coastal paths rather than rushing to the main area for puffin spotting so that you can take in the whole area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have water for sale when it is hot.
