The hotel views were 5 star. The staff was friendly and rooms clean. I would have thought the hot tub would be at least 80 degrees. It was the same temp as the pool. Major disappointment. I mentioned my disappointment to the staff and asked about possibly turning up the temperature but she said it would take days to heat the hot tub because it was tied into pool system. She was cranky and annoyed that I had come to relax. The only other little note was the food was just average. Nothing earth shaddering. We sent the French fries back because they weren't cooked enough and the stake was chewy and dry. They should remove spa from their promotional material. It should read convention center resort with indoor pool and cool hot tub. I checked out early it was not the relaxing day I had envisioned. B
