Over the last twenty years, we have invested significant capital into an electronic point of sale system, only 1 of the 4 outfits we used was relatively pain-free, you would think with this amount of money the product would be top notch, with top after sales service...WRONG! Quite often the software would break down, programmes would need to be re-written and ofter we would see error messages, you know the sort..."Computer Says No!"
Sadly this company sold out to a large competitor and the service went downhill fast but it happened to be a blessing in disguise...

I did a lot of research, didn't want to have the previous experiences all over again and found Top - to - Toe, their system started to tick a lot of my boxes.

We are in our 2nd year now, it is the most logical and easiest system my team has ever used, in fact, as corny as this will sound, they enjoy it. For me as an administrator, entering new lines, adding colours, sizes, departments, seasons, sales reports, stock reports, year to date, it is a doddle, a walk in the park, I call it the ios of Retail Systems.

Then you have the after sales team, technical support, always on hand, will phone you back when they say they will, they are courteous, patient, human, they won't palm you off with something that's not needed and if that isn't enough, their costs are reasonable too.

Yes, I am smitten, I'd just wish I'd found them earlier.
