I have been going to Patuckaway since I was 6, so 44 years. It IS my favorite State Park in New Hampshire. Boat , canoe, and pedal boat rentals are available, changing rooms, modern bathroom facilities, a small store for stuff you forgot (slightly expensive, but not outrageous) trails, fishing, camping, concrete fireplaces for day use, swimming beach with lifeguards, large parking area, picnic tables, swing/playset for the kiddies. What's not to like.
