We built a custom new construction dream home with Icon Building Group (finished October 2018). Our experience was AMAZING! Due to our busy work schedules and being pregnant with our third child, the task of building a home was overwhelming. From the first day we met Charlie, we knew that we would be working with an honest, professional, and dedicated team of people. He never gave any pressure and we really appreciated that he wanted to get to know us and our needs before we even began talking about the details. Sean was helpful to oversee and hold everyone accountable to make sure the house was built on time without missing any details. Mark is an exceptional person and was instrumental in our selections process. Mark always accommodated our schedules and made some of the tedious meetings so much more fun. Our kids absolutely adore him too! Kristi helped design and adjust our kitchen cabinet layout, giving many helpful pointers to make our kitchen functional and customized to our needs. Chris was absolutely dedicated to the timeline and we cannot believe the home was built in 5 months, right on schedule! Chris was very responsive, made sure our questions were always answered and was devoted to executing everything to the highest level. He ensured that we were satisfied with how everything was going at every step of the way and even after we closed. The end product was beyond our expectations. It was truly unbelievable to see everything come to life. We will highly recommend Icon Building Group to anyone seeking to build a high quality custom home with great customer service!
