Called Vernon and spoke to Brandon was getting ready to purchase a vehicle and already had financing and funds after getting off the call I get a notification that my credit had been run it was a hard inquiry at that and it was not authorized I tried to call back and speak to the manager but they asked me my name and when they knew I was calling back they put me back in touch with the same person who had done it I was only able to get in touch with management after calling under a blocked number and giving a fake name so when you deal with these group of people just be ready for unexpected credit applications being run with your information that s unauthorized and not being able to talk to management if there s a problem since they ll always get to the phone before management if they know they ve done something wrong But even after speaking with management they claimed I submitted a credit application but I assured them that wasn t possible sense at the time it happened I was at work working in the kitchen on a busy Friday night I had only stepped outside to speak with Brandon for a few minutes prior to it happening and had I submitted a credit application like they say there would be no need for me to be upset about it but it was not me it dropped my credit score unnecessarily even though I have good credit it was not supposed to happen so just be wary of you decide to go with them
