Purchased a vehicle from the CPO, it was a ford focus 2014 to be exact. There were some scratches in the front of the Vehicle which I have an IOU from them stating they will fix it if I purchase the vehicle. I purchased the Vehicle and I started having Clutch issues, was told takes 30 days max to come in. Long story short clutch took 3 months to come in because of back order. ( Do not buy their vehicles, They have clutch issues that take 3 months to come in). Instead of fixing the scratch in the beginning I was told to wait for when the clutch came in to fix it all together, anyway when my service advisor went to fix the scratch, sales was not honoring my IOU because it had been so long. I wonder why it had been so long? The company is a joke spend an extra grand instead of spending most of your time at the dealership. Whatever car you decide to buy check on google to see if that model has clutch issues, most likely it will. IF you decide to go against my advice and purchase good luck keeping the car parked in your garage :)
