Thanks Chris and thanks Tristan. Chris definitely went above and beyond to help me out today. Had to make multiple trips due to some issues. Bought a 7-String guitar today and was recommend to get an 8-string set and just toss the 8th string from a sales person (he was really knowledgeable with 7-strings btw) since I wanted heavier gauges and they did not heave heavier 7-string sets. Problem was the B string, that was a .63 I believe, did not fit in my tuners (not the sales person's fault btw lots of people do this, just the hole in the guitar tuners were to small - which does seem a little odd a 7-string would have tuners like that). Drove back and explained the situation, and they made it right. Got home, and the nut broke off the guitar. Was pretty upset and figured I'd just be better off returning it, though I really liked this guitar. Chris helped me again and went above and beyond to make it right, and the guitar tech happened to be there and glued the nut back on. Was really bummed I'd have to part ways with this guitar, but that was awesome Tristan was there and was able to quickly put it back on for me. Was in a pretty bad mood over all of this, but having great customer service definitely made me a lot happier. Thanks for being open till 10pm so I could get all this taken care of. Thanks to the other guys as well, did not get their names, but everyone I interacted with today was super cool. You guys rock!
