Checked in on time on line, went to the airport on...

Checked in on time on line, went to the airport on line. No service, so couldn't pull out the bar code to scan and go thru the gate. Went to the desk to ask for help, they told me its not their problem and i ll have to pay for new ticket. Charged me another $45 just to print out a bar code so i can walk thru the door and the customer service representative Melissa D. even start yelling at me.
Sent email to corporate and customer service in June 7, got their answer today October 14th, ONLY 4 months later.
