Absolute worst experience I could expect out of a realtor. Rented for a year and a half from them and always paid well ahead of time. As a reward, they were unresponsive, dismissive, and downright rude the entire length of the rental agreement and post-move out.

At one point, they tried to charge us $150 for their broken heater on the 4th visit by the maintenance company after we went 2 months without heat in the coldest time of year (Dec through Jan). We got them to waive it, only after many ignored texts and calls, by going in person and speaking with the manager.

They straight out lied to a new tenant that moved in next door, stating that the previous tenant wanted more space, when in fact she died in the living room. They had their repair man do a quick clean and rented it out within less than two weeks from her death.

I wouldn't rent with them if I were you. I'd rather have paid triple rent and deal with real professionals.
