Recently in August we purchased two sets of mattresses one for me and my mom @ a Sears store in California ever since I purchased the mattresses have been having issues with them not even 2 days and they already started sagging in in the middle both mattresses been replaced four times already the warranty department is a joke I went through so much I just wanted to return them back and get my full refund but then they started talking about charging me a restocking fee close to $300 there going to pick them today and we're going to be without beds and a bill with $300 for sure now I know there Lemon mattresses it's just they don't care about their customers just ripping people off i dont even know were to call anymore
