Phillip showed up quickly Friday afternoon after I was told they may not be able to make it until the following Monday. He diagnosed the issue swiftly, was helpful in getting me up and running at a more than fair rate, and advised me on a few things i did not know to help my systems run more efficiently with the hopes to space out the repair calls.
