Cogent is a good company overall, but if you want to work here whatever you do just don't get in their TATA SKY process.... or else trust me you'll regret ! every other call center is better than their TATA SKY process. they'll harass you in every way to meet their unrealistic target (yeah they have sales target too even for their inbound). from wasting your time in useless feedback to their daily briefing. forget that 9hr work shift that you were getting everywhere. here you won't be leaving before 9h30m. just don't take TATA SKY process !
