I have recently finished a case with the office of Pamela J. Helton. Not the best experience. Although they act and talk semi-intelligent I have my doubts. I started my case with Ms. Helton; promptly I was receiving calls from different attorneys at the office (that is understandable). They charge you a non-refundable fee, also very understandable. Here is my problem with them, they charge you for every phone call, personal conversation, e-mail, visit, that you make to their office but, not complaint here yet, when I have a problem is when you have to repeat yourself to all 3 of the attorneys at the office. They don t seem to communicate among each other. One of them Ms. JDS seems to have issues doing simple math, which is scary. On one instant while I was doing numbers in my head and came up with the right amount, she with a calculator couldn t get it right. Mr. Hall, another attorney at the office that I have the pleasure to meet, didn t know the difference between an asset and a liability that was REALLY scary. To finish it up Ms. PJH, the lead attorney seems to have problems listening to want you need to do with in the law. I can t recommend this office.
