If I could give Silverman McGovern a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. I came to Silverman McGovern as a new graduate, a little discouraged with the previous interviews I had been on for positions I knew I wouldn't be happy in. I was referred to Faye by my mother who reached out to Faye shortly after we moved to RI from NY. Faye placed her in a position with a reputable company and to this day, my mom still works happily for that same company. When I met Faye, I told her how discouraged I had become after post-grad during my job search and what my expectations for future employment were and she did everything possible to set that in motion. With the assistance of AJ, the team placed me in 3 different positions within the same company until finally, after a year and a half of contracting, I accepted a full-time offer with the same company I had been contracting with. I cannot thank Faye, AJ, and the team at Silverman McGovern enough for the hard work and dedication that they have provided me over the last year and a half. Furthermore, I'm beyond grateful for the team for believing in me and never letting me feel like I wasn't enough, despite how discouraged I was starting out. Without the team at Silverman McGovern, I wouldn't be where I am today.
