A filthy and incomprehensibly confusing "design", shockingly neglected with dirty passages, lifts, third rate shops and food outlets (how anyone can want to eat in that rat-infested hole is beyond me). Dangerously and hideously neglected, escalators that haven't been working for years, this is an appalling bus for anyone, let alone tourists, to have to pass through, especially at night. A shameful failure for the country's second largest and, arguably, most sophisticated city. A third world hellhole not fit for purpose.
