I first interacted with Sherpa when they presented me with an amazing opportunity at a local Charlotte company. To this day, I enjoy a relationship with them that goes beyond the normal vendor relationship. Quite honestly, I can't recommend Sherpa (and Randy Gartz) enough. Their results-oriented team exemplifies professionalism and I am constantly amazed at the quality of candidates that they present to me.
