Joe a high pressured sales guy offered me a jacket...

Joe a high pressured sales guy offered me a jacket even though I told him my lites were fine and had no need for his service?? he questioned my authority about whether or not I was the owner and perhaps maybe one of the 'guys' in the back could help him better. I assured him that I am the owner of the business and the buildings and that I can make the decisions necessary...perhaps he needed to talk to a man not a woman, eventually he hung up on me??? extremely rude would not trust them at all!!!
