It was worth seeing, even in the rain. There are food stalls at the bottom and then the main entrance of the shrine. There were a ton of people and going up to the top of the shrine was a trek but well worth it to digest all that rich food! Beware of tourists who stop to take pictures, they can cause a bit of a traffic jam. Pro tip: go to the second or third level of shrine and you'll find more space and less people.
